There are so many people for me to thank outside of those that have already been mentioned.

I would like to thank the special people from the following sites who have made an impact on my life, on the most difficult of days I have love and encouragement sent to me from all over the world which I can only describe as being truly blessed.

Firstly  abcvictimsbreakfree   a site which is full of so much information to help you, your family and your friends to understand the complexities of sexual abuse and more.  Without this group I know my friends and family would never have known what to do with me in the earlier days.  Then I myself had so much support that it helped in the long lonely hours when there was no-one else there.

Secondly my thanks has to go to a group that has helped me to learn to socialise without me leaving my living room, so within  my safe space I joined Ex Grapevine 40s .  Unlike other groups that my friends tried to introduce me to this one is not sexually orientated, just a good laugh and nice way to learn the art of socialising again within the safety of your own valuable space. Although I don't participate these days as much as I would like too I have made a very special friend from this group who has made a terrific impact on my life and we have become more than just internet friends. Unfortunately this group is now closed.

I then went on to teach myself PSP, this is Paint Shop Pro where you can design art with the permission of the many artists on line,  and I joined one of the best groups available on the site bar one.  These people have and continue to be my angels here on earth and we have loads of fun.

I made friends all over the world so it didn't matter what time of the night or day it was there was always someone to talk to and being in this group gave me the courage to try out new things using my PSP as a way of expressing myself.  But more than that they brought me into the fold as part of an elite little family group that I cherish so much. 

Take the time to get to know these people, they are the most wonderful people you will every wish to meet.

In everyway possible they have given me the opportunity to be myself and to learn so much.
